We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team who will be able to provide flexible support in our Glenrothes, Cupar and Dunfermline offices. This role will also involve attending occasional meetings/training out-with Fife, therefore a full driving licence with access to transport is essential for this role.

If you have experience in reception or call handling, good administration skills, IT experience using Microsoft packages and looking to expand on your recruitment experience this could be the opportunity for you.
Let me tell you more about this varied and interesting role:

-Assist with day to day running of a busy office,
greeting visitors to the office and answering a variety of calls.
-Day to day administration tasks including room bookings, administering petty cash, monitoring email inboxes, information packs, and mail procedures.
-Ordering office and service supplies
-Assist with recruitment processes through to completed compliances
-Assist with Learning and Development administration
-Minute taking
