Glasgow South West service provides a housing support and care at home service to individuals living within the Pollock and Castlemilk areas of Glasgow. We support people with learning disabilities, mental health problems and elderly people with dementia.

Our support is focused on areas such as housing and tenancy support, daily living skills, emotional, spiritual, well being, personal care and promoting inclusion within the community.

Service delivery is offered from a minimum of 10 hours a week to a 24 hour a day basis, this would incorporate a sleep over service should this be required.

We support people on a needs-led flexible basis, with some individuals requiring access to staff via the on call mobile outwith their allocated support times and others requiring specific support, for example with taking medication. This depends upon each individual’s abilities.
