Lynne's 'New Normal'!

As Lynne, from our West Fife services, had been finding lockdown and the ‘new normal’ very hard and not participating in as much as she used to do, her staff team worked with her to review and adapt her support plans.  The new plans enabled Lynne to increase her participation and has now been enjoying playing games with staff, learning about feelings and emotions and learning to look after herself more independently.  Not to mention baking a few treats which, as you can see, look delicious!

Lynne has also been able to go out and enjoy some activities during the ‘new normal’ such as Fife Zoo and short breaks away in a log cabin in Pettycur Bay.  Lynne loved getting dressed up for her tea and enjoying the view across the River Forth.

Lynne has said that she really enjoys the activities that she gets involved with and in particular trips away from her house.
