How Well Are We Doing? Have you had your say?
Our annual How Well Are We Doing? survey for the people we support and How Well Do We Do? survey for family & carers are now live.
April sees the launch of our 2021 / 2022 ‘How Well are We Doing?’ survey of people we support and our annual 'How Well Do We Do? ' Family and Carers’ survey. Now, more than ever, it’s vital to give people we support and their families every opportunity to make their voice heard .We hope that the survey will also help us to demonstrate the positive impact our services have had on peoples lives during a difficult year. Our annual surveys have also been adapted to include a few specific questions that take into account the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Because of the pandemic we have had to make some practical changes to the way we distribute and complete the How Well Are We Doing surveys.
Where possible we are encouraging people to fill in the survey online. Staff are able to share the links so people are able to fill them in on their own devices. Where services have devices available they will offer people the opportunity to complete the survey on those.
Finally for those who prefer, a paper copy is still available. We continue to have our How Well Are We Doing? survey available in both written and easy read formats.
Staff should be in touch shortly to offer you the opportunity to complete one. You can also access the online surveys below.
If you receive support from the Richmond Fellowship and would like to complete the online survey, you can click here.
If you are a family member or carer of someone we support, you can access our family and carers survey by clicking here.
Our annual satisfaction survey is one of the ways we encourage participation in our services. The completed surveys tell us what we are doing well and what we can improve on. The results, good practice examples and learning opportunities are shared across the organisation.
