Fife's new Assertive Outreach Service!
The Richmond Fellowship Scotland are pleased to announce that : -
As part of the work undertaken by the Public Social Partnership (PSP) in respect of the RRTP (Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan), we have partnered with Kingdom Support and Care and Frontline Fife Homelessness services to develop and deliver a new service in Fife called the Assertive Outreach Service.
The service has been designed for people who are experiencing repeat homelessness and through adopting a Housing First Approach to resolving homelessness.
The support will be used flexibly to meet individual’s needs and be allocated on an outcome based approach using a mixture of direct, digital and telephone support. We are also seeking to create a range of peer support options to supplement the paid support. This will include 1:1 peer support and peer support group work.
Referrals will be taken through a referral form from existing partners, Fife Council Homelessness Officers or other professional bodies.
