Congratulations Charmaine!

Charmaine from our Lilyhill service was delighted to receive a lovely recognition certificate and flowers from staff for Personal Growth and Development.

Charmaine has kindly given up her time to volunteer at the Crosshouse Hospital Café, working and serving on the till.  This has not only highlighted her kind and caring nature but has helped her to develop her skills in customer service, catering and time management. Charmaine has been building on her confidence, and this all empowered her to take steps towards employment, within the hospitality service, having not 1 but 2 interviews in the same week.

Charmaine has also been focused on her healthy living goals. Charmaine has just received her 3 stone award at Slimming World, again showing her determination on making a positive and lasting change for her overall health and wellbeing!
