Have you had your say in the TRFS satisfaction survey for 2014/15?Your views about your service and the service we provide are extremely important to us. 

We use your feedback to help make services better and of course give recognition where feedback is positive. 

This year for the first time ever we can now offer the opportunity to complete the survey online.  Due to the limits of the software the online surveys are only available in text only format.  If you use accessible software on your computer to make accessing web pages easier, you should be able to use it with the survey.

You will receive a paper copy of the survey from your staff.  If you have previously told them you do not wish to take part in the survey you won’t be given one but if you have changed your mind and would now like to share with us your opinion don’t worry we still want to hear what you have to say.  Please ask a member of staff to either give you a paper copy or use the link below to go the online survey.  You will also get a guidance sheet with your survey.  It tells you how to fill it in and what happens with your survey after you send it back.

You don’t have to fill in the survey but the more people that do, the more information we will have about how to make services better.  You can answer as much or as little of the survey as you like, so if you don’t want to answer a question, don’t think it is relevant to you or don’t understand what it is asking, just miss it out.

If you need help to fill in your survey, you can ask a friend, an advocate, a family member, a peer (someone else who gets support) or you can ask staff.

Does a family member or someone you care for receive support from The Richmond Fellowship Scotland?  Have you told us what you think of their service?

You should be receiving a copy of the annual satisfaction survey for carers and families (unless you have told the service you do not wish to receive a copy).  This may be a paper copy but for some people who regularly communicate with the service via email, this may have been an email with a link to the online survey.  If you have previously asked not to receive the survey but would like to share your views, you can request a copy of the survey from your service or you can complete the survey online at the below link.

Like last year, all completed family and carers surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win one of four £25 M&S voucher.  To be eligible for the draw you must provide your name and the details of the service your family member receives.
