Positive 2011/12 Care Inspectorate results
At The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, we work hard to ensure we deliver the highest quality of services that meet the needs of the people we support.
The Care Inspectorate (Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland) regulates and inspects our services to assess the standard of care we provide to ensure it meets the requirements of the National Care Standards.
We are very happy about the grades we received from the Care Inspectorate in 2011/2012 with 94% of grades awarded to us being either in the ‘good’, ‘very good’, and ‘excellent’ categories, 88% of grades in the ‘good’ and ‘very good’ categories and 68% of grades in the ‘very good’ and ‘excellent’ categories.
