The Property Project

We’re always looking for new ways to help people achieve what matters to them. This includes getting a new home. 

We’re working with a number of Local Authority partners to develop bespoke support and accommodation for people with a range complex and challenging needs.

To make this happen, we’re investing in properties across the country and carrying out the adaptations needed to turn them into a home.  We’ve already bought a number of houses in Renfrewshire and Inverclyde and are progressing property purchases in Highland.

By investing in properties we help our Local Authority partners to save money by creating shared care opportunities and reducing the need for expensive out-of-area placements.

We help people to move to the communities they really want to be in and we help people move into a place that promotes their independence and really feels like home.

And we'll help our organisation grow and develop.  Watch this space - we're so excited!
