Teresa Dellett

Executive Director - South

As Executive Director for the South Region, Teresa joined the Richmond Fellowship Scotland in December 2014.

As a qualified social worker Teresa initially intended her career to be based in the Statutory sector however, having worked in social care as a student she quickly realised the value of the Third sector and as such much of her time has been spent working with provider organisations.   

Teresa is driven by the impact our support has on the quality of life for our supported people and their families.

Having come from an operational background Teresa feels this strengthens her position as Director as she has had first hand experience of delivering services to vulnerable children and adults.  

Having spent much of her career working in the field of Autism, Teresa is able to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in developing quality services to those on the Autistic Spectrum.

Within TRFS Teresa is lead officer and has responsibility for Child Protection, a subject matter close to her heart.

Driven by new and exciting challenges Teresa is keen to work with her management team in developing and delivering quality services to the people we support.  

Outside work Teresa is a keen traveller and will spend much of her time off visiting various exotic locations.
