Michael Driscoll

Michael is the Chief Executive of Horizon Housing Association and has worked in social housing for 23 years. Prior to joining Horizon, Michael spent 3 years as the Director of Customer Experience at West Highland Housing Association, a partner within the Link Group of companies. Michael was a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversaw the delivery of Housing and Asset Management to over 1000 homes across Argyll. 

Michael is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing, holds a Diploma in Housing & Sustainable Communities awarded by De Montfort University in Leicester and holds a Level 5 Certificate in Management & Leadership. He chairs the Scottish Accessible Housing Network and has previously served on the Children’s Panel in Scotland as well as previously holding various non executive roles during his career.
